I enjoyed the hotel, it was enchanting and fairly clean. The venue's position was very central. All of the staff was lovely and informative.

The stay here was very nice, loved the hotel, it was clean with fantastic and amazing location not far from the seafront and good bars.

Stayed here before and I would love to come back. It was clean, the staff was wonderful and informative, plus the service was nice. The location was awesome, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historic Catholic cathedral. Plus, it was right by good bars.

The staff are courteous and the room is reasonably large. The breakfast is wonderful and outstanding with a lot of food.

For the price we paid, Hotel Gutkowski exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and the hotel's location was ideal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and even called to check if we wanted to make it to breakfast before closing.

Room and breakfast were quite acceptable; location was good; parking garage about 250 yards away.

One staff member rather curt; should mention free shuttle from parking garage, and give better advice in advance about parking; did not respond to my request for a sea view.

The best breakfast we had at any of the hotels. We learned that one of the ways Italian hotels become 4-star is to have a staff member available to make cappucino for breakfast. Deeeelicious!

No complaints, everything was just fine.

This is simply a great place to stay. Do take care parking your car as I was given a souvenir parking ticket for 23 euros.while unloading my luggage..there is a 1 euro per night lot a block away. This was NOT the hotel's fault but poor judgement on the part of those who enforce the parking laws..Mrs Gutkowski is a pleasure.

A very well situated and tastefully decorated hotel at the seafront in Ortigia. Nice and friendly staff.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in many ways. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and overall quality of our stay. Secondly, the location was superb. Situated in the heart of this beautiful harbor city, we found ourselves within easy reach of all major sights and attractions. Whether it was exploring the winding alleys and piazzas or enjoying the views from the rooftop deck, everything was just a short taxi ride away. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided excellent service and were always eager to assist with any requests or questions we had. With basic amenities and rooms exactly as depicted in the pictures, we felt right at home.

Nothing to complain about - everything was perfect.

Very poor breakfast, poor room equipment... Wrong info on Booked.net about private parking existing. There is only public non-secure parking.

The rooms are impeccably clean and airy, the bar is nice. They offer a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. The hotel boasts very central location in a center of Ortigia that faces the sea.

We loved the location of Gutkowski, being in walking distance of everything in Ortigia. The hotel is right by a large covered city garage, making parking convenient. Our room had a terrace and we enjoyed the sound of the sea. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast included was great.
